In keeping with the philosophy of taking action, I spent my summer carrying out community work related to Covid-19, seeing that people in the less fortunate areas of Delhi did not have access to proper sanitization. I used the non-profit I started in G9 called Samay, which aimed to provide food and toiletries to the disenfranchised by donations to NGOs and orphanages in Mumbai and Delhi. I centered the focus on providing care packages that included masks and sanitizers as well as 15 sanitization machines to communities such as the Jama Masjid area in Delhi that lacked these materials.

Furthermore, my organization Samay also works with orphanages and NGOs to deliver and provide excess food and toiletries that are leftover from the hotels and catering unit of Ambassador Sky Chef and Ambassador hotel, both in Mumbai and Delhi.
